Extrusion Procedure-by feeding the PP resin and several additives into the Extruder specially engineered for optimal mixing, melting conditions thus giving high quality product and productivity.
1st cooling Procedure-by passing the cooling bath after the viscous PP liquid comes out of the T-die from the extruder.
Infrared Heat Stretching Procedure-by passing the Infrared Heat Stretching Oven where ceramic heaters are installed and enable the oven to keep stable heating condition, PP Strap is allowed to be stretched-out even up to 10:1 and enjoys the characteristics of stability against harsh environments and high strength, provides economical effect with almost up to 2 times longer length of roll in same weight of roll and meets various and sophisticate market demands with wide ranged production sizes.
Stretching-out Procedure-passing four stretching roll units.
Printing and embossing procedures.
2nd Cooling Procedure-passing through the long cooling bath.
Winding Procedure-fully automatic winding system from feeding paper cores to discharging the finished PP Strapping rolls on to a conveyor belt.

High-stretched at a quick time
Infrared Stretching Oven attached with ceramic heaters, which keeps constant, high insulated heating condition enables PP Strap to be high-stretched over 10:1 drawing ratio in a quick time even upto 200m/min speed, which guarantees low production costs through High draw ratio during short time and the production of good quality PP Straps with high strength, lightness (1.5~2 times longer length with the same weight), zero transforming against outdoor environment and no dirt to prevent customer's strapping machines from breaking down.
Long life cycle with low break down rate: esp. Stretching roll units have a gear-driving system which endures high stretching speed even up to 200m/min, instead of a chain-driving-system which is easily worn away.
Automatic Winder: run automatically from feeding paper cores to cutting and discharging the finished rolls of PP Strap, which reduce labour costs.
Easy operating : PID Temp. Control, Motor Control by variable Frequency Inverters.

Very high elastic elongation and also great recovery properties ensure that shipping packages remain stable.

PP strap does not "Whiplash" when removed, thus creating a safe work environment for users.
